Etcho's on a mission to help everyone learn the true impact of their investments. Our first product is our mobile app that helps everyday people understand the impact of their investments. People can also use the Etcho app to find investment opportunities that match their values. 

The app is available to download on both the Apple App store and Google Play store. 

Those opting into the newsletter will receive a monthly update from the Etcho team and have opportunities to be involved in shaping Etcho through user testing, events and conversations with the Etcho founding team.

What happens when I opt-in to the newsletter?

Etcho is the pronunciation for ‘tomorrow’ in the Ewe language. The Ewe language is prominent in the Volta region of Ghana.

Tomorrow is reflected across the brand, with the orange representing a sunset and sunrise. 

For each sign-up, we donate £1 to Denyigba Lorlor. A reforestation organisation based in Ghana. The money raised will help the organisation manage and maintain forest areas in the Volta region of Ghana. 

Etcho does not currently operate in an area that is under regulation. We do not handle money or provide investment advice. We simply provide data on companies’ sustainability performance. 

No, you cannot currently invest via Etcho. Etcho is not an investment platform. It is solely a platform providing sustainability information on publicly listed companies

The Etcho score is created using information from various data providers. The providers use a mixture of methodologies including  AI, Machine Learning & analyst research. We then analyse the data in-house to create the Etcho score.

The Etcho score is not financial advice and is our opinion based on information the data providers have given us.

Should I invest based on the Etcho score?

The Sustainable Development Goals or ‘SDGs’ are 17 goals created by the United Nations to provide a blueprint for a brighter future. 

They are often referred to as the world's to-do list. The goals are interconnected, and they recognise that ending poverty and other deprivations must go hand-in-hand with strategies that improve health and education, reduce inequality, and spur economic growth while tackling climate change and working to preserve our oceans and forests.

What are the Sustainable Development Goals?

The Etcho wheel is made up of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. With each segment representing one of the goals. The wheel aims to help users visualise a company or portfolio's alignment to the SDGs.  

The greener a given segment is, the better aligned the company or portfolio is to that specific goal. The more orange a given segment is, the less aligned the company or portfolio is to that specific goal. A blank segment indicates the company or portfolio is neither aligned nor misaligned with the goal.
